Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference (CHNC): Achieving Integrated Care through Healthcare Navigation
This event will be held virtually on May 1-2nd, 2024 in partnership between The Centre for Research in Integrated Care (CRIC) at the University of New Brunswick Saint John and the Family Navigation Project (FNP) at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.

Who should attend?
- Individuals and teams/organizations that are involved in healthcare navigation research or program delivery, or, who simply have an interest to learn more!
- Examples of attendees in previous years include: Individuals with lived experience, researchers, students/trainees, support staff, service providers (e.g. patient navigator, nurses, social workers, etc), and decision-makers/policy-makers.
Persons with lived experience are eligible to attend the virtual conference at no cost
- To apply for a registration subsidy as a person with lived experience or to inquire on behalf of someone with lived experience, please e-mail navigationconference@gmail.com for more details.
- There are a limited number of subisdies available.
