Cannabis Stakeholder Workshop 1

In the fall of 2017, The City is conducting engagement to gather feedback from key stakeholders and Calgarians about policy and regulation areas that are within The City’s control and responsibility. The City is looking for feedback to help inform changes and updates to affected Calgary bylaws, and input on the development of new bylaws and policies to respond to the legalization of cannabis.

The City will be hosting three (3) in-person stakeholder workshops (by invite only) and public feedback will be collected online. As a stakeholder with potential interest in the topic area, we invite you to attend one stakeholder workshop to share feedback on the following topics:

• Business licensing
• Community standards bylaws
• Land use planning
• Other affected bylaws

Space is limited so we ask that each organization send one representative to one of the workshops above. The discussion topics and content at each workshop will be the same.
