It works on your agility, motor coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, creativity, teamwork and especially self-knowledge. Capoeira is an art for all agesand this class is great family fun!
All ages and levels welcome.
Ruddy, Formada Xuxa
Ruddy started practicing capoeira in 2002 in São Paulo, Brazil. Graduated in 2015 as a teacher, he has participated in several festivals, championships and workshops during these 20 years of capoeira. Here in Canada, he has been giving classes for a group of 10 people including children and adults, all of them together. This way, parents can watch and play with their kids, and kids can learn with experienced ones.
