Description: 

The future of work is shifting at rapid speeds and the ideas, concepts and career plans need to adapt to a new reality. Using design thinking we will go on a journey utilizing a new designer mindset to outline, reframe and plan for your future career. We'll start with you, the most important piece of the puzzle. You will gain awareness of your strengths, passions and skills and create an experimentation plan to implement.

Facilitator: Jess Malz, Consultant, Facilitator & Certified Coach

is a learning experience designer, facilitator and certified coach and has a masters degree in Human Systems Intervention. She is the founder and lead designer at Inbo, a learning design agency based in Montreal. She is passionate about (re)designing the way people learn and develop in the workplace using progressive organizational methods to spark change. She also works as a transformational coach with individuals and groups with her design your future program helping people navigate their careers with the toolkit and mindset of a designer.
