Get ready to party like it's 1984! Everyone from Carihi's Class of '84 is invited to attend this special 40th anniversary celebration. Reconnect with folks you haven't seen in years, talk about that fabulous West Side Story production, rave about the Tyees, and discover what your fellow classmates are up to these days.

Due to limited space, the invitation is for 1984 Carihi grads/staff (plus one guest) at first and advance ticket purchase is required. If space allows closer to the event, we'll be happy to open it up to more guests. Check back around July 1 to see how that's going. With people living around the globe, it takes time to reach everyone and make travel plans, so please help to spread the word.

Frequently asked questions

What if I don't look like my grad photo?

Most of us don't, and that's why name tags were invented. Name tags will be provided, so please use yours so we can reconnect!

What about food and beverages?

There will be snacks available, including vegetarian and gluten friendly options, but it's not a full meal deal (no Zombie Burgers). Beverages will be available for purchase.

Is the Eagles Hall wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! Drive to the back of the building to the main entrance. There are at least four designated parking spots, a ramp, motion-activated sliding doors, and accessible washrooms.

What about the tunes?

Duran Duran and Madonna were unavailable, so we're working on something.

What should I wear?

There is no wardrobe theme. Be comfortable in whichever style suits your fancy.

What about seating?

There will be some casual seating available with tables and chairs. There will also be room for dancing and mingling.

What will the organizers do with any leftover ticket revenue?

Your $25 ticket price was kept as low as possible to cover the hall rental, snacks, music, and ticket fees. However, if there are any remaining funds, they will be donated to the local Jump for Jonah charity basketball tournament, in memory of Carihi basketball player Jonah Shankar.
