Changes to Holiday Shopping in Peel Region Public Workshop - in Brampton

The Region of Peel is considering important changes to the way it regulates shopping activities on nine statutory holidays. Some neighbouring municipalities have passed by-laws to permit retail stores to operate on statutory holidays. In order to make a fair and fully-informed public policy decision we are asking for your opinion when it comes to shopping in Peel Region.

Working with Peel Region on this matter, urbanMetrics inc will be hosting three public meetings to discuss this matter, seeking the public's input on holiday shopping.

In Brampton, the meeting will take place in Community Meeting Room 2 of the Terry Miller Recreation Centre on Tuesday February 27, 2018, from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
