What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket includes the dining experience, the opportunity to vote for your favourite restaurant and dancing. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket.

Is there going to be a cash bar?

Yes. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available at our bar. Please note that the event will be cashless. Credit and debit cards will be accepted.

What payment methods are accepted during the event?

We will take debit and credit cards at the event. Cash won’t be accepted.

Can I get a tax receipt for my ticket purchase?

Accepted Answer

No. You will be participating in a dining and dancing experience and therefore not eligible for a tax receipt.

Are there group discounts available?

Yes, you can buy a table for ten for $999 plus taxes and fees.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. They just need to take the ticket with them to the event.

Is there a dress code for the event?

There isn't a dress code. Dress to dine and dance!

Is there an age restriction for the event?

Accepted Answer

It is an adult-oriented event. Parents must understand that the event occurs in a warehouse. Therefore, we don’t have amenities such as a changing table, highchairs, booster seats, kids' menus, or play areas. There will be live music, so please expect loud music.

Do children need a ticket?

Any child who requires a seat at the table (i.e., is not being held on a parent’s lap or in a baby carrier on the floor) will need a ticket.

Will there be vegetarian or special dietary options?

Due to the nature of this event, it is not possible to accommodate any special dietary options or needs.

Is there parking available?

Parking will be a courtesy of Monk’s Office, just beside our building, at 800 Viewfield Rd on a first come, first served basis. There is limited street parking available. We encourage carpooling or alternative forms of transportation.

What is the seating arrangement like?

You will be seated on a table of eight. That’s a great way to get to know new people with the same interest in a cause. Tickets for a table are for tables of ten.

Will there be entertainment or activities during the event?

To make it more fun, we will have a raffle and dance to the sound of The Helen Davies Band.

Can I bring my food or drinks?

You can’t bring any outside food or drinks to this event.

The facility is accessible to individuals with disabilities. We have an accessible bathroom as well.
