Get ready for big flavour from wholesome ingredients in this Chilean cooking class with local legend Rodolfo from Rodolfo's Rebel Foods. This will take participants on a culinary adventure creating and tasting two traditional Chilean dishes from the Nourish Kitchen: Cazuela de ave and Charquicán.

Cazuela de ave: This soulful, delicious chicken and vegetable soup is an all time favourite in the Chilean countryside.

Charquicán: This traditional Chilean dish is a hearty stew made with a variety of ingredients including meat, vegetables and potatoes.

After cooking these dishes in the kitchen, participants will sit down together and enjoy the fruits of their labour.

Rodolfo Hennigs has over 30 years of experience serving delicious chilean food to the Guelph community from the Salsateria, his downtown restaurant, and his long-time Farmers' Market booth, Rebel Foods. You won't want to miss this chance to learn from and cook alongside Rodolfo.

Slide scale tickets: There are a limited number of sliding scale tickets available for all Nourish Kitchen events. If the cost is a barrier to participation, use this ticket option to register. Contact info@10carden.ca with any questions.
