During the tasting, guests will have the opportunity to compare and contrast the flavors of different types of chocolate while also learning about the similarities between these two delicacies. You will discover how both chocolate and our featured elements are high in antioxidants and flavonoids, and how the fermentation process ultimately defines their unique flavors.
Our host will take you on a journey through the history of chocolate and its origins, showcasing the best truffles and chocolates. You'll get to sample some of the finest chocolates from around the world, with a special focus on ruby, alunga, and Mexique. And of course, you'll also get to indulge in our truffle tasting, featuring lemon fizz, cassis, affogato, red mandarin, and more.
