The Dukes Manager Training is a two hour session intended for all Cumberland Dukes Managers from Novice - Midget.
The session will include, but not be limited to, the following topics:
- Deliverables and Deadlines
- Budgets & Banking
- Team meeting, surveys and communication
- Training and Certification
- Codes of conduct
- Tournaments & Travel requests
- New policies for 2019-2020 season

DISTRICT XII oversees and governs all hockey within the Jr. Grads and Dukes Associations. The Development Department focuses on improving the skills of our Players, Coaches and Volunteers in the hopes that we can better the product we deliver to our Members and make our player's time with us a memorable one. This can be done through Player Development Sessions, Coaching Clinics, Seminars and Training sessions.
