Are you struggling to find a way into the real estate market in Guelph? Would you like to access some of the equity held in your home without having to leave it? Perhaps you would just like to live a more communal lifestyle? Co-ownership may be the answer!

Join me for a conversation about co-ownership. I have assembled a network of professionals - Realtor®, lawyer, lender, home designer - to help guide you through the co-ownership process. We may not have all the answers, but we will work with you to figure it out!

I'm hoping that this will be the first of many events discussing the various ins and outs of co-owning property. Ask questions, get advice, learn from others' experience, and meet like-minded individuals. Hope to see you there!
