Be advised that the Coach Hill Patterson Heights Community Association intends to hold its Annual General Meeting on:
When: Thursday, June 25 at 7 pm (waiting room opens at 6:45)
Where: Online, using Zoom (You must Download Zoom in advance)
Only current members with a valid paid membership can attend and will be permitted to vote on motions at the AGM. To check the status of your membership, or purchase a new membership, please email membership@chph.ca.
One week prior to the AGM you will receive the proposed Agenda (which will outline motions that will be brought to a vote at the AGM), a Zoom link to the meeting, and instructions on how to participate.
If you have a concern or question you would like addressed by the Board at the AGM, you must email it to president@chph.ca in advance of the AGM.
What does your community association do anyway?
- We advocate on roads issues
- We monitor and comment on proposed developments in the community
- We put on community events such as the Stampede Breakfast, Skating Party and annual Recycling Event.
- We build community infrastructure such as the Adopt a Rink and playgrounds
But we can’t do this and more, without your input and support!
The AGM is an excellent opportunity for you to check in on our progress and have your say on our finances and plans for the future.
