Join us for a warm and friendly gathering where caregivers can share stories, tips, and support over a cup of coffee. Whether you're caring for a family member, friend, or client, this event is a safe space to unwind, connect, and learn from one another in a confidential setting. Let's build a community of caregivers who understand the challenges and joys of caregiving. Don't miss this opportunity to bond and recharge with like-minded individuals. See you there!

Attendance is open to anyone who identifies as a caregiver/ family support.



Bi-weekly meetings take place on Mondays from 1-3pm.

Is it possible to attend these sessions online?

Yes! Although we would love to have you connect with us in person we do offer a hybrid opportunity to attend via online if unable to meet with us in person.

Is it possible to drop-in for group?

Although this group is free, pre-registration is still required to ensure room capacity levels are maintained.

What dates are the group meetings?

The Coffee & Caregiver Conversation group meets bi-weekly on Mondays starting in April until June and then a new group will begin fall 2024. The session dates are: April 08, April 22, May 06, May 20, June 03, and June 17.

Who can attend?

This confidential group is open to anyone who identifies as a caregiver to another person whether or not they have a life limiting illness, permanent chronic condition or require temporary acute care.
