Creative Entrepreneurs of Ottawa (Ontario is the long-term goal with different chapters) is all about embracing the mindset of referring to ourselves as CEOs. We have a business (or two!), so let's run it!
We will share our wins and struggles, brainstorm to get great new ideas, help solve each other's puzzles or problems, enjoy educational guest speakers, and the occasional "office party" because we also need FUN to thrive.
Events will be held at SMALL BUSINESSES to help support many of our local communities in the NCR and Ottawa Valley (Almonte, Carleton Place, Perth, Arnprior, Kanata, Barrhaven, Nepean, etc.) with the goal of supporting a different business every month [feel free to nominate a beloved favourite or self-nominate your establishment]. The time of day of events will vary to accommodate a variety of CEO schedules, so please follow so that you get notifications on future events.

**The group is designed for us to meet new people, start conversations, make friends, and build relationships. The weekly-ish meetups at local coffee shops are free with a $5 donation to the local food bank (you are expected to buy a drink/snack to support the cafe) for everyone and for socializing and accountability. The monthly meetups are intended for a more educational structure, mini workshops, referral opportunities, and expanding your network in a friendly organic way: NO SELLING, ONLY SERVING.**
