NOTE: Cart and golf club rentals are extra. You will need to contact Centennial directly to make arrangements.
Date: Sunday September 25th
Time: Registration and lunch at 2:30pm with shotgun start at 3:30pm
Location: Centennial Golf Course (Thompson Road off John Street Road)
Registration deadline: Friday September 23rd at 4:00pm
