📢Terms and Conditions for Event Participation

Eligibility and Ticket Purchase: Tickets are exclusively available for purchase by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) students. A limit of one ticket per student applies. Any attempts to purchase additional tickets will result in automatic cancellation of the duplicate orders.

Ticket Pick-up: Our coordinator will be vising the event on the day of and distribute the physical tickets to all attendees. Make sure you bring your KPU and government issued IDs to obtain your ticket. Without the physical ticket, you won't get access to the event. Further details will be emailed to you a week prior to the event.

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-transferable. Refunds are available only if requested no later than 7 days prior to the event start date.

Release of Liability: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) from any liability relating to injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. You acknowledge that attendance and participation in the event are voluntary and at your own risk.

✴️ Event Details

Colour Fest celebrates the spring festivals of Holi and Vaisakhi. This vibrant event includes a ticketed Colour Zone featuring a live DJ, dynamic music, and dance performances by South Asian artists. Each ticket comes with approved organic colour packets. The DJ will signal specific times for participants to throw colour powder or duck to avoid it. Additionally, the festival offers an Artisan Market & Food Trucks area where no tickets are needed. Families can enjoy free art activities themed around Vaisakhi and Holi, and vendors will be selling goods in a festive market area. Food trucks will also be on site to offer delicious treats. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the sunset with friends or family.
