COLOUR BATH is not a synthetic agent or chemical dye. The colour pigment is organic and very vibrant. Colour itself is a healing vibration and the stronger and more pure the colour, the more powerful the energy! COLOUR BATH was created for its colour therapeutic and healing properties. A simple colour treatment that helps to balance your chakra system!

Each colour of the spectrum of light vibrates at a different frequency thereby giving off its own special qualities and influence. Colour has its own powerful language. Since our human development begins in a water environment (the womb and giver of life), imagine the strength and power when colour and water are combined!

During the workshop I will demonstrate and speak about colour bath. Colour Bath is therapeutic for children with Autism and ADHD.Colour Therapy is also good for anxiety and depression.

Color therapy, color psychology, or chromo therapy is a contemporary non-invasive and non-therapeutic approach recommended for managing the effects of mental health conditions like ADHD. Chromo therapy generally uses colour and light to treat mental health conditions on the basis that colors have an inherently positive and some negative impacts on various parts of the body1. Color therapists propose that colors can help mend and reconnect neurotransmitter pathways in the brain and thus, promote healing as long as an individual is exposed to the right combination of colors2. That being said, when a child with ADHD is exposed to the correct combination of colors, they can find certain tasks easier to accomplish, which enhances their engagement and gives them joy in learning. Color therapy is a practice that has existed for centuries as its roots can be traced back to Ancient Egypt and China, where healers put people in rooms made out of coloured glass to tap into their therapeutic benefits.

Children with autism may be more susceptive to specific colors because they react differently than neurotypical peers. People with ASD have abnormalities in the eye structure and chemical imbalances. 85% of children with autism see colors more intensely than others.

As a result, if children with autism spectrum see a primary color that expresses danger, they will stay away from that color as much as possible. The color red, for example, gives a sense of pain and anguish. Because of the way their brains are wired, it will be hard to integrate and process sensory and visual information. Exposure to strong and bright colors can overwhelm the child, so it’s best to surround them with muted or lighter colors.
