Join us on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. for our fourth annual virtual Mini Summit!
Over the course of three hours we bring together Community Development Practitioners from across Alberta for shared learning and connection. Can't stay for the whole time? No problem, because you can attend the Mini Summit virtually you can feel free to attend for one session or all.
This year we will also announce some hybrid sessions in early June. If in person is your preference for learning you will have the opportunity to join us at Village Commons in Calgary's East Village area (610 8th Ave SE).
This year’s theme is exploring 'Community Development Basics Redefined' - How might we rethink conventional approaches to community development to better address current challenges and opportunities?
We look forward to having a wide variety of hosted sessions sharing approaches, successes, challenges, favourite tools, and considerations for the future! We will be posting more about what sessions you can expect on our website as we get closer to the gathering!
Enjoy free registration! CDLI wants Mini Summit to be accessible to as many people as possible.
If you have a professional development budget, can claim conference fees as part of your contracting or otherwise have the means to, we appreciate donations. We suggest a donation between $5-$30+ depending on your means and how much of the event you will attend.
