A free community meetup series to share practical tips and ideas about composting, art and community building
Compost Commons is back for the winter! Come with your curiosity and ideas about how we can build community through composting, art, gardening, food and whatever else comes up.
Our first gathering will include a Compost Swap & Talk. You’re invited to contribute a bucket of homemade compost and a story about how it was made. We’ll mix the contributions together, and anyone attending can take home a share of the mixture.
No compost to bring? Come anyway! You’re welcome to listen, ask questions and join the conversation. Bring a small container if you’d like to take some compost home. You can also bring your friends. Or snacks. Or anything else you want to share!
This is an indoor event -- cozy, comfortable, and free to attend.
