The Conflict 360° Workshop is a 2-day intensive training designed to facilitate a multi-dimensional understanding of conflict.
The workshop is built on leading theoretical analysis of conflict today and has a special lens on workplace and organizational conflict analysis and methodologies.
The theories, methods and concepts are practical and instantly applicable to use in the workplace.
Objectives:
To dismantle the conflict onion systematically, look at it from various angles and understand the root causes of conflict.
Provide clear understanding of how to analyze and diagnose conflict as to be able to de-escalate situations with appropriate tools.
Improve awareness of conflict situations before they become unmanageable and have the confidence to deal with conflict situations in the workplace as they occur.
