Learn contact improvisation at Mile Zero Dance. Exploring principles of touch, momentum, and weight sharing our contact improv class explores the skills of listening to and with our bodies, falling, rolling, finding counterbalance and lifting using minimal effort; all with responsiveness to our partners and surroundings.
Instructor Bio | Bryan discovered contact improv in 2016 and immediately fell in love with everything it has to offer. Learning from Gerry Morita, Martin Keogh, Andrew Harwood and others, Bryan is excited to start sharing their knowledge of the form with both new and seasoned contact dancers.
