Cooking with Beer - June 14

Join us for a fun and exciting cooking event on June 14!

We are hosting a Cooking with Beer culinary experience where you can learn how to incorporate beer into your favorite dishes. Our experts will guide you through the process of creating three delicious dishes- all using beer as a key ingredient.

What's on the Menu?

We'll start off with Crispy Beer Battered Cheese Curds from Gunns Hill Cheese Makers which we will enjoy with a marinara sauce we'll make from scratch. We'll take your shrimp cocktail up a notch by steaming our prawns in a light and crisp Lager. Naturally we'll pair this with a homemade seafood sauce. Our final dish is perfect for summer entertaining. A cheddar and beer dip that is perfect for our Soft Pretzel Bites made with...beer.

All beer for this event is crafted locally at the Upper Thames Brewing Company.
