Learn to make a Fall-inspired meal from Chef Matthew Philip, Executive Chef of Shaugnessy Restaurant at Van Dusen Botanical Garden.

Live via Zoom, Chef Matthew will walk everyone through the techniques required to cook each dish, plus speak to building confidence and skills in the kitchen. This virutal event is interactive, and Chef Matthew will be answering your questions as he cooks and teaches.

All attendees will receive a digital package containing a shopping list, menu and wine pairings.

Early Bird ticket purchases will all be entered into a raffle to win two bottles of wine, which will be delivered to the winner's door prior to the event.
