CANCELLATION/ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY

All TOPP KIDS employees who register for workshops that cannot participate for any reason, are required to cancel their registration within 2 days before the workshop commences to avoid a minimum $50 CAD Absence Fee (workshops with higher than $50 CAD cost will be charged in full).

All cancellations must be received by the Professional Development Coordinator (professional_development@toppkids.com) in order to ensure accurate accountability measures. Emergencies and special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Employees with habitual cancellations (more than 2/contracted year) are required to meet with their Regional Manager or Director of Operations on the following workday.
