In this interactive student workshop, we explain and expand upon our understanding of decolonization and its many facets including neo-colonization, and how this "trickle-down" has affected our relationship to rest, joy, ourselves, and more. We also discuss maintaining self-safety, biases, and how to identify microaggressions. Join us as we learn, unlearn, and ground with a journal exercise. Please note this session is open to students who identify as Indigenous, Black, Persons of Color, 2SLGBTQIA+ and allies.
