CSI offers two one-day leadership conferences each academic year. These annual conferences help students develop their leadership style and the soft skills employers most often look for. You can expect to hear inspiring keynotes from professional speakers, participate in interactive workshops, and connect with your peers. You will leave this conference feeling motivated and excited to continue your personal leadership journey.

The Leadership Conference is held in a professional, modern environment at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Kitchener. The venue has parking, is easily accessible by transit, and a shuttle is also provided. At the conference you will receive a swag bag, meals and snacks, and have the chance to win great prizes. You will also receive a CSI leadership certificate and earn credit on the Co-Curricular Record (CCR).

What is the dress code?
We recommend business-casual attire.

Can I bring someone who is not a Conestoga College student?
No, the CSI Leadership Conference is only for current students of Conestoga College.

Is there parking at the conference?
Crowne Plaza has plenty of parking. Parking is free.

How do I sign up for the shuttle?
You can sign up for the shuttle & indicate your pick-up and/or drop-off point when you purchase your ticket. The shuttle bus stops are Doon Door 3, Residence, and Fairview Park Mall.

Will tickets be sold at the door?
Tickets may be sold at the door if there are any available. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the door. To make sure you get a ticket, please purchase it well in advance.
