About this event

This monthly Community of Practice asks the question: How can we as educators use read-alouds as an equity-building tool in early learning settings? Together, we will reflect on:

· Our existing and developing early literacy practices

· Recognizing “Marvelous Moments” while reading with children

· Dialogic reading in early learning settings

· The role of books in anti-racist pedagogies

· The use of pedagogical tools in developing inclusive literacy practices

Free to those working and living in Waterloo Region, $15 for those outside of our Region.
