Tending the soul-ground in our relationships requires an ever-growing awareness of our wounds, gifts, and the cultivation of ever-deeper and clearer forms of:

  • understanding
  • engaging

It also includes navigating the wounds, capacities, and awareness of others.

This workshop offers gentle embodied practices to hone your understanding skills.
