About this event

We humbly invite you to join us for the online event, "Cultural Competence to Cultural Humility " which was previously named "Cultural Humility in Allyship". This gathering aims to guide us from cultural competence to humility, empowering us to become meaningful allies within diverse communities.

Cultivating cultural humility requires us to be open, humble, and committed to continuously learning about other cultures. This process involves recognizing our roles within systemic power imbalances and making a conscious effort to support fairness and equality.

Together, led by our Inclusive Coach, we'll participate in interactive discussions and activities to foster respect for diverse cultures. We'll learn practical strategies for forging meaningful connections and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities.

Whether we're new to the concept of allyship or seeking to deepen our existing understanding, this event is an inclusive, nurturing space for our collective learning, growth, and positive social transformation. We encourage everyone to register and invite their teams, stakeholders, or entire organizations. This transformative journey is an enlightening opportunity, and we look forward to supporting you while we walk this path together.
