This session will introduce strategies for onboarding women into male-populated teams and tools for skilled trades employers to increase retention rates of their existing workforce. We will also discuss the life cycle of labour and why it pays to educate the educator. Fair-Trades Toolbox's mission is to change the culture of the skilled trades industry to help solve the labour shortages that we are currently experiencing.
