This training will help employers understand the philosophy behind internal and external customer service.

About this Event

Customer service training will help individuals better understand customer service. The trainer will discuss who is an internal customer and the philosophical correlation to internal customer service. This training will allow leaders to understand what customers want and how to help people achieve their goals.

Individuals will also learn the relationship between active listening and customer service. To adapt to all learning styles, videos, class discussions and activities have been implemented for greatest success.
