Our Individual Certificate Training Program is designed to help professionals who work with older adults develop the necessary skills they need in order to effectively deliver technology training and support that meet their clients’ needs. This program is ideal for individuals who work with older adults such as Occupational Therapists (OTs), Activity Coordinators, Social Workers, etc . This program consists of one 4-hour group training session, followed by a 30-minute individual consulting call with one of our Cyber-Seniors staff trainers.
