Due to a high level of interest and to ensure fairness in the upcoming procurement process starting in April, the ministry is modifying its approach to accommodate a larger number of participants. We are pleased to inform you that the sessions have been opened to the waitlist, and further additional registration space is available. If you were on waiting list for the sessions, please note you have now been registered.
These larger sessions will be webinar format and the chat will be open to provide technical support but will not be monitored for any questions or comments. To support the participation of everyone attending, microphone will be muted and questions will be collected using the online tool: Pigeonhole.
Please note, staff will be unable to answer questions related to the specifics of the procurement process as a separate information session will be offered this spring once the RFP is released.
