Deeply rooted in the Vancouver gypsy –jazz scene for over 20 yrs as the sultry and dynamic chanteuse of The Hot Club of Mars, Knight’s musical partnership with world renowned luthier and guitarist Michael Dunn continues to land them on many prestigious stages. An interesting dance through choral tours and singing telegrams to psychedelic rock and poetry readings. Deanna has recently been drawn back to her “soul song” with a return to songwriting and performing her life-affirming, earth-loving, musical art which highlights a healthy dose of both folk and jazz. 2017 saw a move from Vancouver to BC's Sunshine Coast to run a very busy B&B where she quickly established herself as a n Arts and Culture leader. Deanna now hosts some of Canada's finest local and touring artist in the comfort of her beautiful garden stage. With her passion for melody and lyric, she has the rare ability to dive deep into your heart and mind …not only leaving you with chills but also thoughts of love, blessings, hope and healing.

Joining Deanna will be the wonderfully heartfelt Simon Kendall on piano (Doug and the Slugs) and Sunshine Coast's very own Sarah Poon on cello.

Opening - Bellows & Strings A mother and son duo. They play a joyous mix of fiddle tunes, waltzes, jazz, and bluegrass. Noah Ord is on fiddle and percussion and Anna Lumiere plays keys and accordion, with occasional vocals.

Doors 6:30 / Concerts 7-9 pm (Series runs Thursday evenings in July and August)
