Want to learn why Swiss Water® Decaf tastes so great, and the art and science of preserving the taste characteristics of the bean? Swiss Water® Decaf is hosting tours at our global production facility - we’ll give you the full plant tour, followed by a cupping session comparing the same coffee before and after decaffeination. Plus some bonus insights on decaf roasting!

Admission is free to people also attending #CoffeeExpo2017. Several time slots are available on both days, so sign up for the one that best suits your schedule.

Vancouver is a gorgeous city with a vibrant coffee and food scene – worth the trip!

What to wear during the tour

We follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines and all visitors must have closed-toe shoes (no high heels). Please also ensure all jewelry can be removed, with the exception of plain wedding bands. Hairnets and lab coats will be provided and required before entering the facility.


Getting to and from Swiss Water

By Skytrain
We are located steps away from Lake City Way Skytrain Station. Look out for the Swiss Water logo on our building and the white tents out front.

From L'Hermitage
Take the Expo Line Skytrain from Stadium Station (Dunsmuir & Beatty) Eastbound. Transfer after 2 stops at Commercial/Broadway to the Millenium Line going Eastbound. Exit at Lake City Way Skytrain Station.

By Car
We are located just seconds away from Lougheed Highway. Turn off Lougheed Highway going northbound on Lake City Way. From there, we are located on the left hand side a block north. Look out for the Swiss Water logo on our building and the white tents out front.
