Join us at WINEOLOGY Kitchener for a one-of-a-kind wine tasting event. We've put together a line-up of wines we'll be sipping from the Bordeaux region that are unique and with only small quantities available in Canada and not available at the LCBO.

We'll share our expertise on the delicate wines of Bordeaux, France, as we dive into learning about the different grape varieties, left versus right banks, sub regions, terroirs, wine makers, and much more.

Our tasting will include carefully paired cheeses with 6 Red wines from the major sub regions from the left and right banks such as: Pomerol, Saint-Émilion, Pauillac, etc. Following the Red wines, we'll end our tasting with a sweet Sauternes White wine tasting paired with a delicious sorbet.
