This program is a hands on focus on delivering a new or reshaped organizational design. A series of information sharing webinars compliments a one day workshop. Attendees will have the opportunity to create and deliver an organizational (re)design through the stages of the program.

This Program will run over a 4 week period from Wednesday Jan 13 through to Wednesday February 10.

Wednesdays, Jan 13, Jan 20, Feb 3 and Feb 10 will be 5.30-7pm 90 minute lessons and Saturday January 30 will be an all day workshop.

Objectives:

  1. Learn and undertake a current state organizational map
  2. Define requirements for a people audit to inform a new organizational design
  3. Create a future state map for an effective organizational structure
  4. Develop and deliver the organizational change strategies needed
  5. Consider the cultural impact of organizational redesigns

Approach:

Interactive discussion based webinars will focus on defining requirements gathering and strategy implementation approaches. The workshop will focus on the core redesign activity, working with other attendees to sense check and assure choices and focus on effectiveness of the proposed design.

Attendees will be encouraged to explore a current organizational challenge and dynamically apply their learning to that situation. This will provide more than knowledge and skills to take away but practical approaches to deal with the current situation and the change strategies for future organizational design efforts.
