Ready to go beyond the basics with Dialogic Interpretation (DI)?

In these two, three and a half hour interactive online training sessions (7 hours total), we will delve into six modules:

1. Reviewing what DI is and how you could be using it at your site
2. Using Small Talk, Activity Talk and Deep Talk to engage with your visitors
3. Crafting and asking great questions
4. Figuring out the best facilitation techniques to use
5. Discussing how to overcome barriers
6. Knowing the importance of having a Growth Mindset

After each module you will reflect on how the content is applicable to your site and as a group, we will discuss ways to use DI in the current Covid situation.
