About this event

Course content unpacks new leadership competencies, the new OCIO Digital Framework and focuses on Agile Governance, Lean IT and Servant Leadership. The aim of this course is to develop awareness of how to lead across self-organising, cross-functional teams, so that you can delegate the delivery of all aspects of a service. The course is delivered by experienced practitioners in an inclusive adult learning team setting.

Note that other staff levels may join the course, but it is designed for Band 3 and above as the audience.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Role model the changes required in leadership and culture that support Agile ways of working
  • Explain the importance of value and user research and the importance of user need
  • Identify the agile and digital principles and methods adopted in government.

This session is currently being delivered in an online format involving discussions via breakout rooms. Links in a calendar invite will be sent out a few days before the session.
