Meet Debora and Fiamma, a Mother and Daughter Chef duo from Rome Italy. They will be hosting us from Rome to teach us some special recipes, share pasta secrets and at the end of the class, you will be able to sit down to a real Italian meal with your family.

An email will be sent to all participants 3-4 days before the class including the grocery list, cooking instructions and the link to join us through Zoom. You will purchase and shop for your own groceries prior to the virtual class.

We are Debora and Fiamma, a mother-daughter duo from Rome Italy. We are Chefs, hosts and storytellers of family and Roman stories and anecdotes.

For the past two years, we have welcomed guests from around the world to an authentic Roman cooking and dining experience surrounded by laughs and positive vibes!

This class is your chance to learn some of our special recipes and discover the pasta secrets but the Italian music and famous gestures that are so funny and quintessentially Italian!

Together, we are going to prepare pasta from scratch along with a delicious 4-cheese sauce and then to top off our meal, a super tasty chocolate volcano cake!

This class is interactive, entertaining, and engaging. We promise to create a connection (via long distance) with everyone, share some inside stories and the best of all we will have a lot of fun together!
