Event description

Description

THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT!

Thank you to everyone who bought a dinner ticket.

If you would still like to support the dinner, please consider becoming a dinner patron for a donation of $50. You will be issued a charitable receipt for $50.

The RWLT dinner always provides a great opportunity to get together informally, find out what is happening in the Land Trust community, and provide feedback to the RWLT Board.

Our after-dinner speaker will be author and adventurer, Dr. James Raffan. Well known for his books and travels, particularly in and about the North, James is grounded at his home on Cranberry Lake in the Rideau Waterway. In a lively after-dinner presentation of stories and images, James will celebrate the work of the Rideau Waterway Land Trust and the importance of wild lands close to home, particularly in light of climate change, shifting demographics, and political priorities that seem ever in flux.

Program
5:00 pm – Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:45 pm – Speaker James Raffan
