Peruvian is the hot and trendy cuisine right now, and for good reasons! Inspired by so many cultures and countries, Peruvians have captured the best of all their rich culture in their dishes. Enjoy this heartwarming dinner with fresh inspiration from Chef Anahi, native from Peru. This dinner is also vegetarian!
On the menu tonight:
. Rocoto & Ali Sauces served with fresh bread and veggies: an assortment of Peruvian homemade sauces for starter
. Beet & Radish Salad, toasted walnuts, oranges and fennel: freshness in the cold of winter. Vitamin C in a beautiful plate!
. Saltado de Champinones: Traditional Peruvian stir fry dish made with Portabellos, tomatoes and . Aji Panca, a smokey peruvian pepper, served with Rice
. Torta Invertida de Manzanas: Upside down Spiced Apple cake. Sweet way to end your dinner!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
