A vision board workshop is the ultimate in radical self-care. Beyond just aiming for the “stuff”, the vision board YOU design in this workshop becomes your roadmap to manifesting your dream life - in ALL areas of your life!
In this 3-part, 6-hour workshop, you are led through personal and professional development, as you create your own Vision Board - A Vision Board which then serves as a tool to help you live intentionally and in action towards your highest wants and dreams.
What you can expect:
- Three separate sessions over three weeks (with a bit of homework in between)
- Coaching to dream big using interactive exercises.
- Techniques and discussions around breaking limiting beliefs that may be keeping you small
- Explanations and coaching to support the teaching of what your Vision Board can help you accomplish
- The philosophy that as we accomplish smaller goals, we then lean into, and cement the feelings of our bigger vision
- The methodology behind what will accelerate your manifestation and success
- The BEST explanation of how the mind works and how that plays into manifesting your success
- Focus on concepts such as gratitude and a positive community
- Clearly defined next steps that we will do as a group
- You will come away with a new, expanded vision of your life
What you'll receive before:
- The Dare to DeclareTM Magazine (Register by April 29 to receive it on time)
What you will need:
- 20 x 30 foam core board (check out your nearest Dollar Store)
- Additional magazines, flyers, catalogues, etc. (optional, if Vision Board magazine hasn't arrived yet or if you want additional images to choose from). Ask friends and neighbours, check with bridal shops, travel and decor centres - you’ll be surprised how easily you can source these
- glue, scissors, stickers
- Notebook and pen
- A picture of you in a happy time (this one is SUPER important!!)
