BURLESQUE & DRAG & GO-GO FEATURE PERFORMERS TBA

TREMBLERS OF SEVENS: is two people who sound like ten. They mine everything from traditional blues, devotional gospel, meditative Turkish delights, and klezmer nuptial nights, then plug it in, crank it up loud and hammer the material out over melodic and dynamic drums. The result is heavy, groovy songs that take you somewhere familiar that you’ve never actually been.

WISE: guitars, vocals

RAD: drums

TOLAN MCNEIL: Plays raw and honest country songs that will make you fall in love, start a fight, and roll rowdy with your friends all night long.

Long before touring with Neko Case and Carolyn Mark, Tolan McNeil did time in progressive Victoria punk acts like Pigment Vehicle and Mission Of Christ.

He’s produced/recorded records for such known and lesser-known Canadian royalty as Pink Mountaintops, Secret Emchy Society, Destroyer, Neko Case, Frog Eyes, Daddy’s Hands, Fine Options, Chet, Himalayan Bear, Carolyn Mark, Black Valley Gospel, David P. Smith, Trembler’s of Seven, Lonesome Valley Singers, Clay George, Dan Wise, and MD Wren and the Sick Kids.

CAVEMAN & THE BANSHEE: Dave Read & Valentina Cardinalli from Nanaimo BC’s psych juggernaut Moths & Locusts step away from the mothership with their new ultra hot kozmik atomic punk duo. Caveman Dave pounds his riff heavy bass lines over top classic drum machine block rockin’ beats, while Banshee Valentina wails tales of childhood, time travel, burning bridges and wanton lust above it all.

Influences include the Plasmatics, Public Enemy, Nina Hagen, early Misfits, psychedelic horror films, underground house shows, Yoko Ono & Atari Teenage Riot. Dave & Valentina have also been leaders in the West Coast Canadian underground music scene for many years.

VALENTINA CARDINALLI: vocals & lyrics

DAVE READ: bass, synthesizer, guitar, mellotron, drum machine & backing vocals
