Description

Join us in Studio 2 for an informative talk with Olivia Arena-Miller (RYT 200 Certified Yoga Teacher) about back pain, ways to reduce discomfort and how to stretch your body through gentle yoga poses to increase back strength and flexibility. We will be practicing in the chairs, on our mats and standing.

No yoga experience is needed.

Yoga mats and/or blankets are encouraged.
