Most of us are hungry for connection. When we live more mindfully we can improve how we connect with ourselves and others and create more meaning and passion in life. Embodying presence can help us become more caring, creative and can better prepare us to manage stress, depression, and relationship issues.
In our online circle, we will use meditation, breath work, active listening, and mind-body awareness techniques to release stress, and deepen our sense of mindfulness and interconnectedness.
The online circle is offered every Tuesday starting on the first Tuesday of each month, in-person circles are also available.
