Brittany is passionate about helping people identify their potential to excel and develop professionally and personally. Whether she is coaching or supporting teams or businesses through learning and development, or empowering individuals in their professional or personal life, her commitment is to ensure a clear and safe path to success and have the support to achieve their goals.
The concepts that she uses for on-the-job training and developing individuals, are like those used to train women that headed to work in factories in WWII due to a shortage of men. These concepts are simple in theory, but people often forget important key factors such as psychological safety, communication and building/fostering relationships.
Brittany is a deeply committed Human Resources professional and who champions any opportunity to implement diversity and inclusion modalities and principles in the workplace.
