The EIF is a full-day, free public event that showcases the latest advancements in clean technology, energy efficiency, renewable and alternative energy, and innovative oil and gas technology unique to Alberta. The event is open to the public, industry experts, entrepreneurs, investors, municipalities, and community groups to explore and promote sustainable and clean energy solutions.
Our goal is to create a platform that fosters dialogue, education and collaboration among the public and stakeholders while providing a showcase for emerging technologies in the field. The EIF will have various components such as panel discussions, exhibitor booths, workshops, networking opportunities, and keynote speakers. We anticipate attendees from Central Alberta, as well as guests from Edmonton and Calgary.
This annual event aims to drive progress in the sustainable energy sector while educating attendees about Alberta's energy future. It serves as a platform to present new technologies and innovations in renewable energy, clean technology, and oil and gas. Additionally, the event fosters collaboration and partnerships among stakeholders, thereby contributing to the growth of the renewable and clean energy industry.
The EIF will start at 9:00am with opening remarks from the Mayor of the City of Red Deer. David Dodge will be the designated MC for the event. There are two scheduled panels , with numerous workshops, vehicle demonstrations all alongside booths and accessible to the public via free entry.
Participant biographies, photos and presentation/workshop descriptions will be requested once registration is complete.
