Energy Benchmarking and Reporting Best Practices Summit

Join us at the best practices summit as industry leaders share stories, experiences and best practices with voluntary and mandatory energy reporting and benchmarking initiatives.

Background

With the goal of improving the energy efficiency of large buildings and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, the Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto are jointly consulting on options for a mandatory energy reporting and benchmarking (ERB) initiative for large commercial and multi-unit residential buildings. This initiative could require owners to annually report on a building’s energy and water consumption and
greenhouse gas emissions.
