Michele Petosa, a founder of “Nature’s Dose Health& Wellness Co.”, Reiki Master and holistic health practitioner. She handcrafts beautiful essential oil blends with a unique intention, such as to balance chakras, to foster self-love, to release stress etc.
Lena L., an owner of Goji Yoga Studio, a yoga teacher and a sound bath practitioner (YTT250, over 500 hours/classes taught, Certificate in Sound Bath Therapy). She continues exploring breath work, yoga nidra, sound bath, reiki healing and other creative healing modalities to add to the studio’s offerings while nurturing a supportive community at Goji Yoga Studio.
